Good thing it was only for one night. But I'm still trying to claim my refund for more than a month

Only their location is nice.

Charged me twice by doing a double booking on my credit card. Broken window in bathroom (missing window). Anyone can just stick their head or phone in your bathroom while you take a bath. Bathroom is also dirty and full of spiders. No wifi in my room.

Location.

One of our rooms has a rodent (big live rat). When we complained..the hotel staff 3 of them did nothing. They said the hotel manager is in manila. The ground floor entrance has uncollected garbage breeding place for rats & pest. Walkway untidy. Unlighted at night. Resto toilet has a lot of mosquitoes. Toilet at our room with leaking water line. Floor always wet slippery.

Location

In my reservation there are toiletries provided but I still need to call the information to ask for bottled water and toothbrush, until the time we checkout we were not given such toiletries..it's a good thing we brought our personal toothbrush..next door hotel is very noisy we heard the screams of the guests same with the adjacent rooms..so much noise, blanket is thin, the water heater doesn't work, shower head is not working properly. hopefully their management can fix it.

I like the staff, super approachable and very nice. nice place definitely babalik kami, masarap din ang food nila and the view superb!

poor signal and wifi connection maybe because nasa pinaka lower kami.

It was a short but relaxing overnight stay.

Location. It's right in the center of Tagaytay.

It's hard to keep the bathroom dry. The shower closet is leaking water.

The view in the cafeteria is nice. Would like to commend Sam and Romel for their help and efficiency

For me, the breakfast is just right, just enough but not enough for the others.

have to eat out for our lunch and dinner. Suggest there be menu for lunch and dinner. Though we can have our lunch and dinner take out and eat at their hotel cafeteria.

Property was strategically located at the center where you can easily access most spots in Tagaytay. Lady owner and the staff were pleasant and attentive.

Water pressure from the sink/lavatory is low and water drains very slowly in the shower area. Wifi is intermittent and weak from where we stayed.
